no

the 64-bit denotes the addressable memory. 32 bits tops off at 4 gb. 64 bit is many factors higher. in windows at least, backwards compatibility has been an ever present concern. 32 bit and lower games will run on a 64-bit OS/CPU. most 64-bit cpu's are just a 32-bit CPU with extensions that let them address more memory.

simplified for easy understanding.
Yes. Windows can read 32 bit for the foreseeable future. It will be at least 2 more versions of windows before you need to select a compatibility mode (If they ever drop the OS' ability to natively recognize 32 bit software). More likely you will need to emulate an older version of windows for some older software (not due to it being 32 bit, but because it relies upon older, legacy, features of windows)

yes and no [maybe ] some games may not have a 64 bit installer or its been ''broke'' [far cry 1 dvd] it will not install on 64bit windows but it runs fine on 64 bit windows you got to install it to a 32 bit windows and copy the game files on to a pen drive and paste them over to the 64 bit windows and start the game with its exe in the game file ..

things like that are real uncommon I would feel those games you listed should be fine and install proper
