Question Can 3600 host minecraft server

Hello, I want to host a minecraft server for some friends on my PC and my FX 8350 and RX 570 8GB isn't doing the job so I want to get a 3600 and RTX 2070 Super. Will the 3600 6 core 12 thread be able to host the server with probably a maximum of 12 people on at a time? Also I have been trying to decide whether to get a 3600X and use stock cooler or get 3600 and use an aftermarket. I want to get the 3600 more because of the lower TDP of 65W instead of 95W. What after market cooler should I get for the 3600 and I am not going to use the stock cooler because it already runs to hot and I want to keep it on for long periods of time so that won't help for keeping it cool. I want to get a air cooler for it. And I can use my current cooler because it is for AM3+. Thanks

A 3600 is a nice leap over a 1600 but you also want to run a server off an SSD since a Spinner is going to have Caching issues.
