Can 360mm Rad(35.5mm thick) + 3 Corsair SP120 Quiet PWM Handle 300watts?

I want to do a custom watercooling loop but I want to know if 3 Corsair SP120 Quiets with a 360mm radiator(35.5mm thick) will be enough to cool my gtx 1070 and 4790k. The actual total comes to around 265-275 but I rounded up to 300. Thanks so much for the help I'm new to watercooling.

Yes, assuming the 4790k isn't heavily overclocked and the 1070 is at stock speeds.

Otherwise, it depends on what temperature delta you wish to hit.
