[SOLVED] can 500w psu overclock 1070ti and i5 9600k

so I have a corsair cx550 psu in a build with a 1070ti and i5 9600k and msi z390 pro carbon mobo with game boost and xmp running. my cpu is currently clocked at 4.6 and I was wondering how high I would be able to overclock my gpu before I started getting issues.
