Can a 500 W psu run a evga geforce gtx 970 sc acx 2.0

Just a quick question,

I was wondering if my power supply could run a evga geforce gtx 970 sc acx 2.0,

Here are my specs;

MSI Z97 GAMING 5

Intel Core i7 4790K

GSKILL 8GB (2x4GB) Trident X DDR3 2400MHz CL10 1.65V

120gb SSD

1tb hhd

DVD rom.

theoretically that PSU has enough power, but I've never heard of that brand. What is its price? Also before you purchase that GPU read this article

Also, is this cooler placement, the same with the sc edition?

Bought the Asus GTX970 ROG STRIX, very very happy with it.

Yeah its through cyberpower, but the cooling is the stock 120mm liquid cooling and I chose the 600 Watts - EVGA 600B 80 PLUS BRONZE Power Supply for it just to be safe. I thought really hard about doing my own build and I might try it just don't know what extras I need. Wasn't sure if I had to go out and buy extra cables for wiring on top of the parts.
