Can a 600 watt psu run a gtx 970, msi z97 gaming 5 mobo with Intel i5 4690k

Okay so I'm getting all these new parts and I want to know if a 600 watt pay can run this.

GTX970 - 145 watts, 4690K - 88 watts, so you'd be at roughly 250 watts at full load for that system. Even a quality 500 watt will be plenty of power.

I forget whether it was the install instructions for my ASRock Extreme4 motherboard, the install instructions for my i5 4690K or some other official documentation, but I do recall reading that in general a 500 watt power supply is the minimum to run the i5 with no problems. Beyond this is gravy. I cannot speak from experience, because I am running mine on a 700 watt supply by Thermaltake, and no, I am not opening the case to check the model number - unless you ask ;-) .
