Can my existing 600W semi modular 80+Gold PSU by EVGA run an RTX 2070 Super?

Current Specs:
Ryzen 3600X
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi
16GB 2666mHz DDR4 ram
4 × 120mm case fans
Coolermaster Air Cooler (2 × 120mm fans)
EVGA 600W 80+Gold Semi-Modular PSU
Gigabyte Radeon RX 5500 XT Gaming OC
512GB M. 2 SSD
2TB Hard drive @ 7200 rpm

Is it possible to just swap out the current GPU with an RTX 2070 Super, using the same PSU?

Solution
A good 600W? Yes. A poor-quality 600W? No.

EVGA, unfortunately, has a TON of different model PSUs, some of which are very good, and some of which are terrible. It would help to know the exact model number of yours.

Which exact model?

There are several of EVGA 600w PSUs that I wouldn't recommend due to poor or nonexistent reviews. The exact model is important.

You will be just fine even with a 2080 card however 3080Ti I don't know if I would risk it as the ampage on the 12v rail might not be enough to drive a 3080Ti or future video cards. However for a 2070 its a perfect fit and its EVGA Bronze 80+ rating. It is a good PSU for a top notch system. You will be drawing about 400watts out of that thing when gaming. 👩🏿‍🦲🙉😉✝💯🖐🏽🤷🏽‍♂️🙏🏽

Also, to be clear, you can't just "swap it out." The ideal steps are as follows:
  1. Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).
  2. Download the latest version of the Nvidia drivers for the RTX 2070.
  3. Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.
  4. Run DDU, choosing the option to uninstall and shut down, to completely remove the existing drivers.
  5. Remove the 5500XT
  6. Install the RTX 2070 Super
  7. Boot up the computer
  8. Immediately install the drivers you downloaded in Step 2
  9. Reboot (even if it doesn't tell you to, just to play it safe).
