Can a 970 sli with a 1060

Hey there i really want to buy a 1060 6GB and in mu pc i have a 970 4GB now im not sure if it will go in sli mode or not and if it cant is it still worth buying one and keeping the 970 in my pc

No you can't SLI those two cards , just keep the 970 it's still a great card.

Nope, to SLI you have to have two of the exact same card.

Also, both cards are around the same level of performance. Don't get the 1060 unless you are able to sell the 970, and even then you're better off with a 1070

Also also, the 1060 can't SLI at all
