[SOLVED] Can a cheap chinese 'Vention HDMI to VGA adapter' harm the graphic card?

Hello
I know this question is a bit silly, but it got me worried:
A while back, I bought a Vention HDMI to VGA adapter on Aliexpress for 2.44$ (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32792577173.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dOtgtew )
And today I got a new pc with a GTX 1660 6gb Zotac graphic card, and while I was setting it up I started to wonder if this adapter could harm the graphic card
Please let me know what you think

No it won't harm the graphics card.
But it may not work if it isn't an active adapter.
