1050ti tdp is ~ 75W Yes you can, 300W+ is recommended. but that PSU is very unreliable. Get this instead:

The VS is not a good PSU for anything more than a very low end workstation with intergraded graphics. It's not ment for any sort of gaming computer at all. It's their lowest end PSU and won't hold up to any sort of serious power draw in a gaming machine for very long.

Your PSU is not reliable at all. The Seasonic one is very reliable. Just that simple.
