Can a GTX 1050 or 1050 TI Run on My PC?

Yes, your mobo will hold the GPU without problem,

Just in case, i'd get a proper Power Supply as those that come with pre-built PC tends to be bad.
Corsair CX500M is a good option for a budget

Yeah, you can... But i'd strongly advise against it, even more because your PSU is a generic one. Better safe than sorry, you know?

on the website for NVidia the 1050 Recommended System Power is 300watts.. I checked that HP computer and it has a 300 PSU... but it depends a lot on that brand but would recommend to get that Corsair CX500M.

70w max pull...but new PSU would be good. Falls between the 460 and 470 from amd, both pull more power.
