Inspiron 3470 Slim version

If yes, then it is your insides.

Pay attention to longer slot - PCIE x16 and the slot above it PCIE x1

Now go back to the Front and Back first picture, do you see there are only 2 slots for PCI addon cards, the lower one is for PCIE x16.

You can not fit dual slot there

Only GT 1030 can fit (most of them are single ones).

More expensive, workstation class card may fit, but those cost too much, about 260 USD, some of them are sold from China and Taiwan, which are closer to you.
