Dear Sir,
I am using a MSI GTX 780 Gaming graphics card and I am thinking of replacing my old monitor with the LG 32UK550-B which is a 32" monitor with 3840x2160. I wonder if they are compatible. My computer is for everyday use and some games too. Thanks.

From the link @Obakasama provided:

1 - 3840x2160 at 30Hz or 4096x2160 at 24Hz supported over HDMI. 4096x2160 (including 3840x2160) at 60Hz supported over Displayport. Support for 4k tiled MST displays requires 326.19 driver or later.

In order for you to get 60Hz, you would need to use the DisplayPort output of the card to the DisplayPort Input of the new monitor. This assumes your MSI version of the GTX 780 came with a DisplayPort output.
