Can a M5A78L-M LX PLUS motherboard run a R9 390 graphics card?

I am currently looking into getting a new graphics card. I currently have 8GB of RAM (soon will be 16), a M5A78L-M LX PLUS motherboard, and R7 200 series graphic card. I want an R9 390 graphics card but I am not sure if my motherboard can handle it. Also if it can't what other graphics cards would you recommend?

Mobo is no problem - check your PSU will want a good 550-600 PSU with at least 30 AMPs on the 12 volt rail

I have a corsair CX430M PSU. I think I have 32 amps on the 12 volt rail but i do not know how to check.

430 isn't enough, and would even try a CX model PSU - they use cheap (weak) caps

Would a XFX PRO 750W Black Edition Single Rail Power Supply with Full Modular Cables ATX 750 Energy Star Certified Power Supply work?
