[SOLVED] Can AMD GPU be used for 3D rendering?

So I found a great offer for 5700XT (cheaper than 2060 Super), and I am very much interested in taking the offer.

So I know Adobe is slower in AMD, Octane, Redshift needs CUDA cores. Can I know if there are other disadvantages of AMD GPUs for 3D render engines. Also what is its performance in Blender?
