Can an AMD Athlon X4 860K + GTX 750 Ti Run GTA V?

I'm about to upgrade my FM2 CPU, I'm wondering if an Athlon X4 860K can run GTA V at smooth FPS paired up with a GTX 750 Ti.

Yes it will run. I run the game at 1920x1080 at normal graphics and distance to about 75% and get 30-50 FPS. Even when driving fast through the dense cities I can still hold a strong 30 FPS.
