Can an i5-3450 handle 1080p gaming?

I just bought an asus rx480 strix and I am wondering if my i5-3450 is a bottleneck. I only play games at 1080p. Would the i5-3450 be able to max out tripple A tittles?

It's a decent quad core, it will do the job.
