Can an ITX board support large CPU Cooler?

I have a Xigmatek Dark Knight II I'm planning to use in an ITX build, I know the cooler will fit on the board and in the case but are ITX boards strong enough to hold the weight of large coolers?

Should mention the board will be installed on the side of the case so the cooler is hanging, not like the prodigy/phenom where it lays flat.

It should be safe to mount, assuming your case is large enough to accommodate. Also, pay close attention to the memory you intend to use to prevent heat spreaders (for example) coming into contact with the heatsink.

Yup, fitting isn't a concern. Just wondering if a board that tiny can support that much weight

Sure. The PCB is the same thickness and strength of a larger formatted motherboard. That should not be an issue. Just make sure to properly attach the motherboard to all mounting points in the case and you should be fine.
