Question Can an RTX 4090 fit inside a Fractal Torrent Compact?

I got my hands on an MSi RTX 4090 Gaming Trio X, and I'm not sure it can fit into the Fractal Torrent Compact that I purchased unless I remove a fan, should I buy a bigger case?

Depends on which 4090 some of the asus cards are much longer than the reference cards.
Maybe you can remove fans or something to get more room. You need to check the details on the case all tell you the maximum gpu length. Then look the specs up on the 4090 you have. I would not get one that is too close you never know how close the tolerances are.

It said the dimensions were 337 x 140 x 77mm on the GPU, but I'm dead sure the compact can handle that, including the fans.

7mm, you could get a slim fan to replace the one that is in the way.

Nothing says you can't put it in and see how the temperatures are before investing in a new case.

Look at the video card length and then look at what your case says is MAX length.
