I have a pre built PC and I upgraded my GPU do the one previously mentioned. I want to make a complete upgrade, so basically building a new PC, and the power supply I want to use is the Redragon RGPS-850W 80+ Gold 850 Watt ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Fully Modular Power Supply. On the images, it say that it has a port for a 12VHPWR cable, which when I looked into it, it was for the GPU. I was wandering if I could use one with my current graphics card, or if I would have to stick with 2x8 pin connecters? Any answers and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Which RTX3070Ti are you working with? How old is the PSU and did the PSU come with a 12VHPWR harness? If the harness is missing, you might want to look for the harness/cable meant for your PSU, instead of sourcing something generically off the shelf.

Just an FYI;
hit Ctrl+F, look for Redragon and you should see them in Tier E

I don't think any of the cards below the 3090 had a 12VHPWR connector. Even my 3080 Ti is triple 8-pin.

Dual 8-pin is perfectly fine in the meantime.

Though I doubt that particular power supply has been reviewed for that list, I agree, stick with known good PSUs.
