[SOLVED] Can anybody tell me how to fix this phone?

My Phone(Lenovo Vibe Shot) screen doesnt display anything after it get wet but the phone keep vibrating when i tried to turn it on

Water + electronics = bad.

It vibrates because it does when it turn on but there is probably water damage on the board and it just shut down.

At this point you need to get it repaired if you can or it's a dead phone.
