Can anyone build me a gaming PC that will last 3-4 years for 1300?

I would like for it to have an OS included, win 7 or 8 doesnt matter. Im going for max performance on most games. Kind of new to building a PC, was looking at the digital storm vanquish level 4 before most people say it would be cheaper to build my own. With that budget would I be able to get one thats comparable or better if I build?

edit: looking at the Level 4, it's actually a pretty decent for a pre-built. I still like my build better though. I've had bad luck with the Corsair CX models with coil whine. Also mine has an overclocked GPU and saves you $100.
