Question Can anyone help about latency (LatencyMon))

Idk why but i ahve latency problem, I might be sounding like a brat only 500 when others get like 10000 dpc latency, but the problem I'm wondering why I'm even getting 500 when I heard 200 is normal and im post optimizations getting 500... when I see what could be doing it, drivers tab is all good same with cpus tab so very confused.

Here, someone please check this out cause I don't know whats making it go to 500.

i think I'm on the latest chipset updated it a week ago same with bios, I tried balanced ryzen its same and cpu is around 84 c in aida but when gaming i think its 65~ c
