Question Can anyone help identify these pin headers??

Alright so I'm cleaning my pc from dust and stuff as I do monthly. I am just sitting at my workbenche and admiring the engineering of all of my pc components and my eyes fall on a set of 3 header pins just below my CPU fan headers. So I'm just wondering if anyone can help me identify what these header pins do since it is NOT explained or even mentioned at all in my users manual on the motherboard pin layout section. This motherboard is:
ASUS ROG Crosshair-V Formula ( not the 'Z' version)

That's not the header I'm talking about, sorry if its confusing. The headers I'm talking about, If you look at the same labeling on that manual is below item numbered 3, above the cpu socket and just left of the RAM slots. In the headers I'm talking about are up at the top, not the bottom.
