I've tried that bios and it bricked my gpu and now for some reason my gpu doesn't work on my latest mobo unless I use my old setup with igpu

I uninstalled drivers first and installed using the AMDVFLASHDRIVERINSTALLER what's the next step can you help me out?

Yes I did look at the pdf, I'll try my best to comprehend the pdf but the fear of doing something wrong is still here, also the tool opened at first and had a message but when I closed it and opened it it only gives text screen of cmd

I don't know why, but the latest version seems to be missing some files. I uninstalled the latest version and then installed 3.31 and it worked properly.

I suggest you do the same.
