I found this device (split open with no cover) and I'm trying to figure out what it is:

A bright blue LED on left & bright red LED on the right. A USB-C connector between them. I plugged it into my PC and it didn't make a connection sound, so I assume USB is for power only.

Clearer shot of the circuit board. I can't make out the markings on the chips:

The red capacitor on the right connects a coil (antenna?) on the back.

There is what appears to be a coiled antenna on the back:

It fits in a round magnetic base:

Assembled (without the missing cover):

Any ideas? TIA

Goobay Fast Wireless Charger according to Google Lens.

Funny, I tried using Google Lens and all it returned was pictures of similar looking circuit boards (no matches) that were totally useless. I wonder what I did wrong?

I tried to charge two different phones (one a Samsung 25+) using it and neither phone detected it. I guess that's why I found it broken open on the ground. 🙁

No moving parts and it appears to power up, so what is there to break?
