Can anyone make a good pc with intel i7 4790K and AMD FX 8370/8350/8370E.
My mx budget is US $ 600(Including my processors).Make my GPUs a limiting factor and also select a PSU which I could use if I change my GPU when it gets old without changing the rest.
Can you make it If you can then it would be helpful.

A good i7-4790k build WITHOUT graphics card is 650+ dollars minimum. The FX-8350 is an overclocked FX-8320 so it is smarter if you take an FX-8320 and a good OC'ing setup.

What are you looking to do with this build? From the start it sounds like it's imbalanced and not a large enough budget.

But I want to make such a build that after 5-6 yrs it wont become old So I chose either the i7 4790K or FX 8370E.

Your budget is too low for any type future proof build that contains a relatively ok graphics card as stated above.

FX-8370 is the same as FX-8320 btw. It's not better, only more efficient.

Intel is the way to go for future proofing imo. Either Intel Xeon E3 1231 or i7-4790k. The new i5-6600k also an option. All above 600.
