Can anyone suggest a good budget desktop PC?

The hard drive on my 7-year-old Dell Dimension 9200 (DXP061) is failing so instead of replacing the drive I was thinking of getting a new PC - my old PC didn't come with Vista installation disks and my DVD tray is jamming anyway. Can you get a half-decent PC for around £300 these days? I wouldn't need a monitor and only basic graphics (integrated?) as I can use the HD 7750 I recently installed in my old PC.

I don't enough about PCs to build one myself alas ...apart from maybe moving my old graphics card across to the new PC.

Can you get much for £300 pre-built? It would only be for office apps and video, etc., I don't need any gaming performance. Would something like the Acer Aspire XC-105 be much faster than my old Dell Dimension? (http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/model/DT.SR4EK.003)

you have 7750 so it is wrong getting acer with APU A4 that has its own GPU

find one with core i3 so that you can benefit i3's computing performance and you can put 7750 as GPU
