The one I have, you have to pay for premium support, otherwise you don't even get an automated chat bot that can help. It also lacks a way to submit a support ticket, even one that other users or support agents can reply to on their own time (i.e. there's no implied timeframe on when/if someone is expected to reply, as there would be with a one-on-one real time text chat- rather, it would be like a forum post)

I'm looking for an email service that works okay between Android and Windows, and it at least has a "support ticket" option, even if you don't have a live one-on-one chat option.

what do you mean by email service?

a host for your personal domain to have email addresses?

or one that sells you the address as well (such as mail.com )?

could you elaborate a bit more on what you need, are using it for and what kind of support you expect that you are not getting?

Well, mostly that the mobile app works better and/or is more reliable.

That, and when there is a problem with the app, even if it doesn't happen that often, I'd at least like the option to submit a support ticket that an agent could get back to on their own schedule.

My current one had an automated text chat bot that just automatically suggested that you purchase their paid phone support option. There was nothing in between. The chat bot couldn't even answer a question that *was* addressed in their help menu.

Does your current service offer imap access? This way you can use any email client and not bother with the buggy one you have now.

I don't know what you are using so can't look myself.

I bought my own domain and use privateemail to host the email accounts. They are cheap and I haven't had any issues with them in the decade I've used them. For email client I use k-9 mail available in the app store. Imap is not hard to configure, just follow the tutorial most every provider supplies.

I've had various personal email addresses for 4(?) decades.
The number of times I've had to A) pay for it, and B) ask for support...is exactly zero.

Currently, 20+ year old gmail addresses.

And that hasn't changed with the need for mobile email access?
Some might call that an extravagant, unnecessary thing, but unfortunately, I've had to use 2 factor authentication to access work-related accounts, yet it was at a job that didn't provide a work email, so I had to use my personal one. Unfortunately, it would take so long for my 2FA code to show up, that it would have expired by the time I got it.

Who is your current provider?

I have used Cox, Gmail accounts for myself (personal and business) and family (again, personal and business) since the 90's. I do not recall ever even needing CS, and certainly never paying for support. OP, you should answer the questions above so we can try to help.
