It's over 20 years old according to the date on the BIOS chip. It's not worth anything today.
Can't tell you anything else about it because your pics don't show make or model.

I did try and add more images, but i think this website hates me.
All i could find on the board itself was an AIC 'warranty void if damaged' sticker, and an AIC serial number of '053673', but i couldn't find any information on it.
