but I read in another forum that gt 730 is low end GPU and they doesn't utilised more then 1 GB of ram my screen maximum resolution is 1366*786 so they advise me to buy 1 GB of zotac versoin again I confused

A GPU will use whatever memory you give it. It is entirely possible for it to run out of memory and roll over top your system ram. If its a minor price difference 2gb is better to get.

That said as long as you get the 64-bit version, the performance difference will be minimal.

OK so I will buy 2gb version of 64 bit is it runs mafia 2 and in what fps my maximum resolution is 1366*786

Never used this combination before. I'm sure it will work, but as for how well can't know till you try.
