[SOLVED] Can bluetooth dongles cause instability?

Hello

I´ve been having some CTD during games that didn´t happen before buying a bluetooth dongle 4.0
It is a csr one and i use it to play with a dualshock 4 wireless
I don´t know if this is coincidence or if the dongle can cause issues
I´m using steam native dualshock support , no third party programs
So can it cause instability or it is just coincidence?
The dongle itself works fine

CTD being "Crash to Desktop?

Yes the Bluetooth dongle could be involved due to corrupt or buggy drivers.

Look in Reliability History for error codes, warnings, and even informational entries that correspond with the crashes.

Overall if there are no crashes without the dongle and there are crashes with the dongle then the dongle/drivers are likely the cause.

Try running the built in Windows 10 troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Download the Bluetooth dongle drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.
