I have this website archive made up of a ton of files, and I tried to cut and paste it into another folder on the same drive that the archive was originally on. Due to some bug, the file transfer window showed it stuck on "Calculating" for several minutes, with the "Items remaining" count being stuck on 1 the whole time. So I tried to cancel the transfer, and again it was stuck on "Cancelling" or whatever for a long time. So I rebooted my PC, and went to try and move the folder once more, only to find that the whole folder was already moved to where I wanted to move it. I created checksum hash files before trying to move it, and so I tried to verify the checksums or whatever for this folder. It ended up showing no errors. So my question is, does that 100% mean that the files are perfectly fine? Or should I not take any chances and copy and paste the backup of this archive that I have on my other drive?
