I am going to buy a new chassis and cooler but I have a matx motherboard and I overclocked my processor but my cooler is too bad so I think to buy a corsair hydro h45 and Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L. and I need to know if the cooling tea will fit the chassis

Solution
By the looks of it, you can mount your AIO 120mm rad either as front intake or rear exhaust. So, yes, it will fit fine.
Case specs: https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/mini-tower/masterbox-q300l/#specifications

However, do note that AIO with 120mm rad doesn't offer much cooling performance and is almost always outperformed by mid-sized CPU coolers.
Your PC case has up to 159mm of CPU cooler clearance and you can easily fit mid-sized air cooler in there. E.g Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO,

Btw, MasterBox Q300L isn't M-ITX case. Instead it is M-ATX case...

Btw, MasterBox Q300L isn't M-ITX case. Instead it is M-ATX case. Since if the case would be M-ITX, you couldn't fit your M-ATX MoBo in it.
