Can EaseUS Todo Backup Clone Successfully While Windows is Running?

The title of my thread reflects what my question is. Has anyone been able to create a successful disk clone while Windows is running? I always figured the system files would cause issues.

While u maybe able to do but why risk it? So you want to make a copy of something that's in the midst of changing, does that makes sense?
