Can EVGA 500B PSU power 3x 1060 ?

I will build a 3-card mining rig setup with Evga 500B(500 Watt). Will this psu be enough for 3x 1060s(i'm gonna use a 6-pin splitter to power the third card) ?
Im wondering if that single 6-pin rail can power 2x 1060's, working at 100% all the time.
If this doesn't work, will probably go 2-card on that psu.

No, it won't work, splitter is not safe, not to mention 500 is not enough for rig with 3 1060. You are looking at 650+ with 3 pcie cables. 2 1060 is fine.
