a GT 730 or 750 are really the only gt cards that can handle games at the lowest settings at >20 fps
a gtx 750 ti is the best card for your system right now that will let you play games well

The best of the GTs for low powered gaming is the GT730 1GB DDR5 64 bit card.. It's faster then the 128 bit 2GB version. Watch out for EUFI or Legacy BIOS compatibilty before you buy. Also I would suggest an E6700 CPU. 2.66GHz. They're very inexpensive now. Your RAM is OK for a 32 bit operating system. The limitation will be the resolution you run.
It would work well with the old 720p HD spec.

assassins creed 1-3 and rogue . call of duty ghosts and black ops 2 and some other games of same type

I agree about the GTX750. At low settings it can run 1080p. Even with 32 bit OS I would go to 5-6GB RAM. The 2GB GPU will use some system memory to store textures and might reduce the RAM available to the CPU. There are some motherboards that only support 4GB RAM. They usually only have 2 slots. Crucial.com Memory Advisor is a good place to look. The latest BIOS update can sometimes increase the memory capacity.
