I want buy a graphic card but is GDDR3 and i dont know GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S supports it or not

VRAM type doesn't matter. As long as the motherboard has an expansion slot that the graphics card can slot into, it should work. However, the larger the difference between their ages, the more iffy it gets.

Graphic card memory is different from system memory. Your motherboard will support any card from GDDR1 to GDDR5 (maybe GDDR6).
