I have a old cpu Q6600 quad core 1 monitor display 60Hz 4gb ram i use it for at least 5 hours a day example gaming most of the time , youtube etc. Even small info is extremely appreciated.

Solution
It will depend on the nameplate ratings of the "300W" PSU. Total PSU wattage means very little. It is all about the +12V rail specs when it comes to gfx cards. Nvidia recommends a 400W min for that card, although a strong 300W PSU using a Molex adapter would probably be OK.

If you don't already have the GTS 450, there are much more powerful gfx cards available that will indeed run on most 300W PSUs. In fact, even modern integrated graphics are more powerful than the GTX 450.

What gpu do you suggest i need one to be as cheap as possible something that can run games like cs go 60+ fps far cry primal
at least 250+fps etc. and no i haven't bought it yet what is your facebook so i can send a photo or something ???

Far Cry Primal at least 250Fps? No way you're getting there with a GTX450. You can send a photo here.
There's no way a 300W PSU will take that GPU and CPU combo.
Q6600 - 100W, GTS450 - 100W combined with everything else, it gets very close or surpasses 300W, then you have a fire.

250 fps! Be serious.
What resolution are you going to be gaming at? What's your definition of "cheap"? What kind of CPU will be pushing the card?
Here is a $80 RX-550 @ 720p running some popular games.

i meant 25+ fps not 250 sorry i have a 1680x1050 60Hz hp monitor i don't know exactly how many p ? I'm using a quad core Q6600 2.4 GHz cpu 2400MHz
Also what psu do i need for the rx 550 i have a 300w power supply

Those photos are so blurry, I can't be sure of what I'm reading. But it "looks" like there is a single +12V rail rated for somewhere in the teens amps. I can't make out the wattage capacity of that rail is, but my gut feeling is it is a cheapie. Are you willing to upgrade the PSU first?

If not, try to take a clearer picture and repost.

Thanks lakimens. Yes, 268W capacity for that rail (and the +5v) isn't much. The GTX 750 Ti (no 6-pin) is probably the safest way to go.

Having said that, if one wanted to cast fate to the wind, the OP could try a better card. I have a GTX 1050 Ti running on a Dell 240W PSU with a single 17 amp +12V rail. But I do so at my own risk.

It probably can, but maybe not for very long before it gives out. If you feel like taking the chance, go ahead. I'm running a GTX 1050 Ti on a 240W PSU with a 17amp +12V rail. But I do so knowing the risk.

It is, but I don't think it'll ship at that price.
If the price in your country is abnormally high, it means there is a problem that you won't solve by purchasing from Amazon, if they can even ship to you.
There are probably some fees you'll have to pay and it'll get close to your country's.
