Hello, I am going to be building a pc soon, but before i do that, I want to make sure that everything will work.
Can the 1050 ti 4gb handle 1 75hz monitor and 1 144hz monitor?
Feedback will be greatly appreciated :)

Solution
Easily.
The 75hz/144hz numbers represent the potential refresh rate of the monitors.
It is unlikely that you will have an app or game that pushes that.
Check that the outputs on the GTX1050ti are compatible with the inputs on your monitors.

With the GTX cards, the 10 is the series, it's the 50ti or 60 or 80ti that you'll find the horsepower. Dropping down a series usually gets you ballpark for a 1 power less card, so a 970 is close to a 1060, a 980 is close to a 1070 or a 1060 is close to a 780. Not exactly the same, but ballpark. By comparison, my 660ti would be close to a 1030ti (if there was one) so definitely bringing up the rear.

Yes it can run it, but you will need to turn refresh rate down to 60hz (or other settings down to low) to get decent FPS on games.
The 1050 ti is not designed for high/ultra settings at 144hz, here is a simplistic run-down at GPU levles

1050ti - medium-high settings 1080p@60hz
1060 - ultra max settings 1080p@60hz
1070 - 1440p@60hz or 1080p@144hz
1080 - 4k@60hz or 1440@144hz
1080tk 4k@>60hz
