Can GTX 750 TI run on a 240 W PSU ?

Hello Guys , i have a HP with a small form facture case , so its psu its weak , it is 240 W , and i wanted to know if i can add a 750 TI , or a GT 730 2 GB GDDR5 , i know i can get the gt 730 because it requires only 25 watts of power consuption , but i want to get the GTX 750 ti which requires 60 watts...
I have a 8400 gs (512 MB) And i have never had problems with the psu...

My specifications are
Intel Core 2 Duo E-8400 3.0 GHZ
4 GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia 8400 GS
250 GB HDD

To be absolutely sure, you would need to provide the +12V rail specs for your PSU. But if it is less than 17A, I would say that you should avoid the GTX 750 Ti... unless you don't mind risking the PC. I have a Dell Optiplex SFF with a GTX 750 Ti running fine in it. It has a Dell 240W PSU with a 17amp +12V rail. If your HP has the same specs, it should work fine. But of course, you do so at your own risk... just like me.

a gt 730 is the highest i would go with a pssu like that unless you can find one of those rather uncommon low profile gtx 950s which MIGHT work

Thank you my friend , it was a helpful tip , BTW I decided to get a new pc with a 1050 , core I5 and 8 gb of ram , so I won't add a GPU to this old one , thanks again
