Can Gtx 750ti + i5 3470 run in asrock H61M-VG4?

I have motherboard asrock h61M VG-4
And i look at it have a problem
The motherboard dont show the bios screen and its just blank can you solve my problem ?

My specs :
Intel core i5 3470
msi gtx 750Ti TwinFrozr
2x4GB DDR 3 Avexir core red
Corsair VS550W PSU

I just returning this mobo to suplier and they gave me the new one and the promblem is same like the first mobo they gave me , the mobo dont show anything.

I already check the processor is no problem and my graphic card too
My graphic card run at my old spec PC : core2 duo E7500
4GB RAM
I already switch the vga cable to motherboard from vga and it show nothing.

I hope u all can help my problem

i5 3470 is supported but in my mobo doesnt show anything in my monitor
