Question Can gtx 960 play games on high

My system is a fx8320 8gigs ddr3 ram and a 550w psu now need to replace my GPU that failed.I play on a small monitor 1440 x 900.

I want to know if the Galax GTX 960 oc 4gig can play games like company of heroes 2 and apex on mid to high settings. This is the card I want to buy.
