Can gtx 970 run with 530w???

I have a green 530w PSU and I wanna buy gtx 970 g1 gaming
Can my PSU handle the gtx 970 ???
Gigabyte need 550 w !!!!!!
My system is
Intel core i3 2100
Ram kingmax 8gb
Motherboard Asus p8 h 61
PSU green 530 w
1T hdd

As said before, pick something on this list from Tier 1 or 2 that is 500W or better.

Seasonic, XFX, and EVGA G2 are all good 520-550W units.
