Can hd 6670 run on my computer

hi, I am plannig to upgrade from 8400gs ddr 3 to hd 6670 1gb dddr5 . so my question is wether it can run on my computer ?
my specs
4 gb ram
intel core i5
8400gs ddr3 ( my current graphic card)
motherboard pcie 1.1x16 slot
psu 450 watt

now the graphic card I want to buy supports pci 2.1. reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!
