Can I Add a GeForce GTX 460 to my Intel Q45 Chipset with integrated graphics?

I recently bought a Lenovo Thinkcentre M58 thinking that I could upgrade the video card easily, it has an Intel Core 2 Duo e8400 Cpu with an Intel q45 chipset motherboard with integrated graphics. Can I add a GeForce GTX 460 to it? As I have already purchased the card.

Yes, the motherboard has one PCI Express x16 Slot and one PCI slot.
And it has a 280 watt power supply

if u already purchased the card you mine as well install it and see. i can tell u it is compatible but its the wattage im worried about. install the card and boot up the computer if the screen is blacked out u need a better PSU but if it does work stress your GPU and see if your system is stable.. Good Luck!!

The power supply will almost certainly fail .

The wattage is too low, and it may not have the pci- e power connectors required
