Question Can I add a usb 3.0 card to my Dell optiplex 3010?

Can I add a usb 3.0 card to my Dell optiplex 3010 i3 (SFF)?
I know it's an old machine but I would like faster transfer speeds.
I should mention I already have a Radeon GPU card plugged in to the (pci?) slot.

Which form factor of the OptiPlex in question do you currently have? The MT, DT or the SFF version?
