Can i and how to overclock AMD A4-4000

HI , when i build my pc i got the cheapest CPU , that was AMD A4-4000 dual core , 3,00ghz
But when i upgraded the ram , CPU became bottleneck . Runs most video games fine , but i know i could get more performance for free with overclock . I would upgrade to amd athlon x4 880k quad core , but i have no money right now . Soo can i overclock the A4-4000 with the stock cooler .

My motherboard is Asus A68HM-K
