When I try to enter the boot menu it says I don't have any bootable devices but my 250GB Sata SSD has a working Windows installation on it. Do I need to install Windows on my PCIe SSD to be able to run my new PC?

None of my hard drives show up in the boot priority, and I already tried disabling/enabling VMD and mapping / unmapping SATA via VMD, I also tried resetting my config.

My old PC's motherboard is broken and I don't have access to another working PC right now, but I was able to check that my hard drives are intact on someone else's PC

I updated my Bios to the newest version and now I'm trying to install Windows via USB

When I'm prompted to select a drive for the Windows installation there are none available, I now have 2 x SATA HDDs, 1 x SATA SSD and 1 x PCIe SSD installed but none of them are available ?
