Hi,
I want to upgrade my computer and need to purchase new RAM sticks.

I want 64gb ram due to video editing,
Should I get 4x16gb from the SAME kit or can I buy 2 kits of 32gb each (16 x 16) + (16 x 16) [Same manufactor, For example HyperX 32gb] x2

They will be from the same manufactor.

Matched kits of RAM are sold as checked and tested by the factory to work together within specified parameters.
When you buy kits of RAM that are the same description in separate "matched" kits you are doing away with (so to speak) the manufacturers nod that the parts should work together ideally.

I see,
So this is the case even when they are bought from the same manufactor?

What's the "best" RAM 64gb for Ryzen 3950x?

(I assume 3950x is better than i9-9900K for editing)
